Monday 5.30pm to 6.30pm - MMA Wrestling

Tuesday 5.30pm to 7pm -Muay Thai

Tuesday 7pm to 8.30pm - MMA

Thursday 5pm to 6pm - MMA

Alternative times can be arranged for trial members who can not make the times above.
